Stuart Denyer was born in Reading in 1953 and studied at Croydon College of Art, Kingston University and the Royal Academy Schools. He works in oils, watercolours, mixed media, and acrylics. He began exhibiting at the Royal Academy Summer Exhibition and the Sutton and Grafton Galleries. His paintings are academic in the best sense of the word.
