Visit Harlow

The main place to shop is in Harlow Town Centre. This thriving area accommodates the Harvey Centre, the new Water Gardens development and Harlow Market.

Harlow Market is held five days a week excluding Wednesday and Sunday. The Monday Market, which focuses on bric-a-brac, is especially popular. 

Large retailers in the town centre include Marks & Spencer, Virgin Megastore, BHS, WH Smith, Next, Monsoon, River Island and Top Shop.

In addition to the main complex, Harlow has four retail parks based in Templefields – St James Centre, Oaks Retail Park, Princes Gate and Queensgate Centre – providing a range of DIY, furniture and electrical stores. Both Tesco and Sainsbury have superstores within the town, as do PC World, Mothercare, Toys R Us and Homebase.
