The Square has video & audio recording facilities and provides rehearsal sessions for young people to perform and record live music. As well as a wide variety of music-related projects, The Square also offers work-experience placements to surrounding schools and colleges.
Successful projects to date include Showcase Night, Rock Contest and The Rock School. Over the past 25 years The Rock School has seen some of today's big bands come through it's doors on their way to the top of the Rock 'n' Roll tree… Blur, Oasis, Manic Street Preachers, Supergrass and Reef to name but a few!
