Cycle Harlow Bike Rides
Cycle Harlow is a community club who's aim is to get more people involved in cycling. Meet at 7pm Wednesdays at Market Square or / and 1.30pm on Saturdays. Rides are at a leisurely pace and vary from 7 - 12 miles depending on participants . Rides are free but you will be expected to join the club if you wish to continue to attend, Cycle Harlow has fully qualified British Cycling Coaches and National Standard trainers who can offer Mountain Bike and road / time trial coaching and bikeability training for more details go to www.cycleharlow.co.uk or facebook Group Harlow Cycling. - see leaflet link attached for more details
All Ability Sports & Leisure
All Ability Sports and Leisure was shortlisted as a finalist for the prestigious national Community Partnership Awards for its work on developing sporting opportunities for disabled children and adults as well as their friends and families. It has also won local awards and has had success with participants reaching elite standards competing internationally and winning national medals. All Ability Sports and Leisure has developed a reputation as the leading provider of sporting opportunities for people with disabilities and attracts people from across Essex. A variety of clubs and regular activity sessions take place which cater for children and adults with additional needs as well as siblings and friends. Activities include Judo, Wheelchair Basketball, Athletics, Multi Sports, Boccia, Swimming and Trampoline. - see link attached to find out about all the regular weekly activity clubs that are provided. Buggy Fitness
Do you have a baby or young child and want to get fit, have fun and meet other parents ? Buggy Fitness is a fun way to help you do that! Term time sessions are Thursdays 10.30 to 11.30am from Keats House Health Centre, Bush Fair, and Fridays 11 to 12noon at ABC Centre, Old Harlow. Tuesdays 11 to 12noon at The Treehouse Centre, Parnall Road, and Mondays 11 to 12noon at The Meadows Centre, Harberts Raod. To take part just turn up. Delivered by Tottenham Hotspur Foundation and Essex Youth Service coaches, sessions are being run on Wednesdays, Thursdays and Fridays from 7.00 - 9:30pm at The Pavilion, Nicholls Field, Harlow. Activities Include - Football, Boxing, Basketball, Multi-sports and a range of other activities. Sessions are FREE and both boys and girls aged 12-19 are welcome.
