Meets: Every second Wednesday at the Museum of
Harlow.
Activities: Lectures during the winter months and
visits during the summer. Friends are invited to exhibition
previews and special events at the Museum.

Harlow Civic Society
Meets: For lectures in October,
February and April and general meetings in January and September at
the Museum of Harlow.
Activities: Campaigns to encourage high quality
future development in the town, appreciate and conserve Harlow's
heritage and increase awareness of civic values. Gives talks to
schools, colleges and organsations, mounts exhibition etc.

Harlow Study Centre
Consisting of a medieval tithe barn, 12th century church of
St.Andrews and 16th century day barn. Grade 1 listed and a
scheduled ancient monument the buildings were restored in the 1990s
to provide high quality venues for seminars, conferences and
meetings

The Museum Of Harlow
Chronicles the history of Harlow from prehistory to present day. Renowned for its Roman artifacts and Metropolitan ware pottery. Houses the New Town archive. Has a fine education service and arranges regular holiday workshops for children.
