Harlow College

Visual Arts - Harlow College Visual Arts Department offers a range
of general studios, and specialist studios including photography,
computer, ceramics, printmaking, drawing and 3D. Courses include
BTEC National Diplomas in Arts and Design, Graphic Design, Fashion
and Clothing and Photography. Also offered are BTEC First Diploma
in Design, BTEC Introductory Diploma in Art, Design and Media ,
pre-degree post A-level Foundation Diploma in Art and Design and
A-level Art and Photography courses
Performing Arts - The College Performing Arts Department offers a
range of specialist accommodation including 2 dance studios, 2
drama studios, 2 recording studios, music sequencing room and a 120
seater theatre . Courses include BTEC National Diploma in Dance,
Performing Arts (acting) and Music. Also BTEC First Diploma in
Performing Arts and Entry Level Performing Arts and A- level Drama
and Theatre Studies and Music Technology.

Harlow U3A And Surrounding Area
Harlow University of Third Age is designed for active retired
people,who meet once a month at the Link in Harlow. Here like
minded people develop many interests including scrabble, French,
theatre trips etc. Interest groups meet in halls and private
homes.

Playhouse Supporters Club
The club supports the Harlow Playhouse in any way it can. This
includes advertising the Playhouse at outside functions, filling
publicity envelopes and fund raising to purchase those extra items
the budget is unable to include. Members have social events such as
quizzes, theatre trips to other venues and they are able to take
advantage of ticket offers.

St. Johns ARC
The Arc is a community arts centre situated in a converted
Victorian church in a secluded corner of Old Harlow. It operates a
full programme of activities during the week and many arts events
at the weekend, including concerts, as it has fine acoustics for
both classical and jazz music. Home of the Harlow Chorus, Ballet
First ,Figur'd Shade and Micro Kind.

Victoria Hall Performing Arts Association
Victoria Hall is a user friendly and low cost venue in Old Harlow
promoting the performing arts in Harlow and its environs. It
provides facilities for conferences, discussions and exhibitions as
