Anglia Ruskin University Campus

A new Anglia Ruskin University campus in Harlow should see student numbers at Harlow College boosted from 900 to 3,000.

£10 million has been set aside for the project which will see the college working closely with local industry. The university's expertise and skills will then be transferred directly into business activities, helping  the town's economy to grow. The new facility will form part of a major education quarter for the town and local area, which will provide support for the knowledge economy.

The new university centre is designed to help achieve the ambitious development plans of Harlow Council, Harlow 20-20 Partnership, Essex County Council and Harlow Renaissance.

It will be put to good use delivering higher education programmes, most of which will be Foundation Degrees driven by the needs of industry.
